Goal Tending Services Cancellation Policy

We have a 6-day cancellation policy for you to receive full refund of your booked charter. 20% of your booked charter is non-refundable if your cancellation is less than 6 days and up until 24 hours prior to the trip time and date. The only exception is if the charter is cancelled by the Captain due to bad weather or unforeseen boat problems. The Captains decision is made at the dock on the day of your charter, and only at the Captains discretion. All other cancellations within 6 days to 24 hours prior to will forfeit 20% of the charter price that was booked.

Guests who do not call and notify the Captain or Staff 24 hours prior to charter date and time, or guests that are a no show at the dock on date and time of charter, will be charged the full amount of the charter booked with no refund amount. When private charters are booked, we do not book anyone else for that time slot and the lack of notification does not allow enough time to re-book a charter.

Please arrive 15 minutes early or 1/2 hour if renting snorkel gear at FINZ Dive Shop. You may meet at the dock where the boat is located.  If your charter must be cancelled by the Captain due to bad weather, we will offer you the option to book your private charter on a better day, if the guests schedule allows, otherwise we will kindly refund the total cost of the charter.
